This hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it perfect for exploring the prime shopping street, as well as being conveniently situated next to the metro entrance. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to satisfy both Western and Eastern tastes. The view from the top floor club lounge is breathtaking, providing a relaxing spot to enjoy complimentary drinks and appetizers.
The taxi service provided by the hotel can be unreliable, with some drivers being unprofessional or dropping guests off in inconvenient locations.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is easily accessible by public transport and there are plenty of nearby shopping malls and restaurants to choose from. The staff at the hotel are also very attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
I did find the breakfast area to be quite noisy and crowded, a bit challenging to enjoy the meal in a relaxed manner. the gym area was small for a hotel of this size, a bit disappointing for those who wanted to get in a good workout.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with a prime shopping street just steps away, making it convenient for shopping enthusiasts like myself. being very close to a metro station, it was incredibly easy to access all the main attractions in the city. The rooms were comfortable and the staff provided exceptional service.

This hotel is very close to everything, with the Wangfujing business district just a short walk away. The location in the Centre of Everything makes it convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel facilities, including the self-serve restaurant, were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the attentive staff.

We arrived late and were upgraded to a Premier Room on a high floor, but it was hot and smelly. After discussing with the staff, we upgraded to an Executive Suite on a lower floor, perfect. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the subway just a few steps away.

The pool and gym were amazing, Vincent was nice, facilities looked new. Staff were helpful, passionate. Room was upgraded, spacious. Great CP rate, new and great overall.

This hotel exceeds all expectations for luxury and comfort. the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, and Sauna, provide a truly relaxing experience. the Full body massage was one of the best I've ever had. the room advantages were remarkable, with a comfortable and elegant design, adding to the hotel's overall exclusivity.
The only minor issue was the lack of variety in the Spa lounge. the garden area would be much appreciated if available.
